Welcome to Helping Paws!
Helping local rescue groups save lives.

Helping Paws is a small group of volunteers committed to supporting local animal rescue efforts through fundraising, assisting in finding animals forever homes, the public education of responsible pet ownership and promoting spay and neuter programs.

Foster homes are desperately needed.  Please help us help the animals.  If you are interested in more information about fostering, please call us.

We have assisted the following local animal rescue groups:

The Lyons Den
Grove City Area Pet Rescue
Critter Care
Skye's Wildlife Rescue
Rembier Farms
Going Home Greyhounds
If you are interested in viewing adoptable animals from The Lyons Den, Grove City Area Pet Resuce or Critter Care, please go to Contact Us on the home page.
We are continuing to collect donations of dog and cat food (and cat litter) for The Lyons Den, Critter Care and Grove City Area Pet Rescue.  If you would like to make a food donation, please contact us at 724-272-7238.

Chihuahua PictureMy name is Little Buster!  I am a mix of Chihuahua and Sheltie.  I am a sweet little guy who loves to be held and cuddled.  I am about a year old and weight 7 1/2 lbs.  I am working on being house broken.  I am good with other small dogs and cats.  I would do best in an adult home as I am an escape artist and will run off if I get a chance.  I just like to explore the world.  So if you have a fenced in yard, I am the dog for you.  I have been neutered, vaccinated (DHPP, rabies and bordetella), dewormed, tested for heartworms (negative) and treated with Advantage Multi.  Adoption fee is $200.  Application, vet reference and contract required.
